Develop and maintain BIM models for ACMV / electrical systems using Revit
Produce coordinated 3D models and detailed shop drawings
Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines (structural, architectural, etc.)
Update models based on site progress and design changes
Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are met
Support project teams with technical drawings and coordination
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
2–6 years of BIM modelling experience (ACMV / M&E preferred)
Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Navisworks is a plus)
Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordination workflows
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
