Lead the planning, execution, and completion of ACMV / Electrical projects.
Manage project schedules, cost control, and resource planning.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and main contractors to resolve technical and site issues.
Oversee technical submissions, shop drawings, and authority requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to specifications and safety standards.
Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in ACMV or Electrical project management
Proven experience managing M&E works within Singapore’s construction environment
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment
