
Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budgets
Review drawings and specifications to quantify materials and scope of work
Manage project costs, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contract terms
Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency
Prepare and track payment claims to clients and from subcontractors
Work closely with project teams to ensure financial and contractual control
Maintain proper documentation for all commercial activities
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
1–6 years of experience in QS roles (ACMV / M&E preferred)
Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good analytical and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
