Lead and manage ACMV / electrical projects from planning to completion
Oversee site progress, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Monitor project costs, variations, and overall budget control
Resolve technical and site issues efficiently with minimal disruption
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
5–10 years of relevant experience in ACMV / M&E projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and M&E systems
Proven experience managing mid to large-scale projects
Good leadership and team coordination skills
Able to work independently and make sound decisions on-site
Familiar with local authority requirements and industry standards (Singapore context preferred)
